TIPS FOR SUCCESS
-
Arrive Early
Get to class at least 10–15 minutes early so your instructor can walk you through the Megaformer and explain the movements. Understanding the setup helps you feel confident and get the most out of your workout.
-
Focus on Form Over Speed
Lagree is all about slow, controlled movement — not how fast you can go. Moving slowly keeps constant tension on your muscles, which is where the real results happen!
-
Embrace the Shake
If you’re shaking, you’re doing it right! That muscle fatigue is a sign you’re challenging your body in a new and effective way. Lean into it and trust the process.
-
Wear the Right Gear
Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the Megaformer. We also recommend form-fitting, flexible clothing that lets you move comfortably and confidently.
-
Listen to Your Body and Instructor
Your instructor is there to guide and support you — take their cues, rest when needed, and modify when necessary. Consistency and proper form will build strength and endurance over time.
-
Have Fun with it!
Don’t take it too seriously - everyone’s shaking, sweating, and figuring it out together! Lagree is meant to be challenging, but also fun, empowering, and community - driven. Celebrate the effort, laugh through the burn, and enjoy the energy of the room.
